5. Use of AI Systems

Our services involve building AI-powered systems. These systems are designed to perform specific tasks but should always be reviewed and supervised by your team before relying on outputs for critical decisions.

RekindleLeads is not responsible for outcomes resulting from misconfigured systems, inaccurate data provided by the client, or client misuse of delivered software.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are due according to the agreement signed at project kickoff. Fees are non-refundable once development work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of work.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, and designs associated with RekindleLeads, including our name, logo, website, and proprietary processes, are protected by copyright and trademark law. Custom software delivered to clients becomes their property upon full payment as specified in the project agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

RekindleLeads provides tools and systems designed to assist your business. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue results, or business performance improvements.

In no event shall RekindleLeads or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an engagement at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse our systems, or engage in any activity that could harm our platform or reputation. Clients may terminate as specified in the project agreement.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.
